1. Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including jewellery box, pouch, and any accessories).

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
