At Paees Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our policy below.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including jewellery box, pouch, and any accessories).

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
