1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

  • We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • UK Orders:

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.50

    • Free UK shipping on orders over £40

  • Europe:

    • International Shipping (2–11 business days) – £7

  • Rest of the World:

    • International Shipping (2–17 business days) – £9

3. Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: 2–11 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of the World: 2–17 business days after dispatch
    Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your order does not arrive within 7 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at busybeebusiness22y@gmail.com

  • We will open a claim with the postal service and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
